The SPACE Network at Scottish Power are delighted to invite our colleagues who are on currently on maternity, paternity, shared parental and adoption leave to join us for our baby friendly support and info session, in collaboration with Lynn White of Talent On Leave.

What to expect
We remember what it’s like to be on leave with a new addition and how the thoughts of returning to work can start to take up space in your mind, even if you still have months of leave left. The trouble is, squashing down all of those thoughts can make them feel heavier and it can get harder to just enjoy your leave. We know how valuable it is to have a zero judgement space to explore it all and get some insights to help your planning. It’s also a great use of one of your paid Keeping In Touch (KIT) days.
So here we are, with The SPACE Network’s first Plugged In Parents KIT session. You can show up exactly as you are. It doesn’t matter how you birthed, how you feed, how the sleep is going, how together you feel or your job title. We’ll have playmats, toys, snacks and seats all set out so that you feel comfortable to feed, change and move about as you need to.
